1. Go to http://www.skype.com/ and download and install the free program.

2. Depending on the Gnosticweb Course you are enrolled in, you will be given a specific Room Participation number which will look something like this +99008275513867 (please note this number is just an example!!)

3. Copy this number to your clipboard eg. highlight the number and press ctrl+C, or right mouse click and copy.

4. In your skype program click on the CONTACTS tab, as shown below. Then Click on ADD.

5. Paste (ctrl V) the saved number from your clipboard into the contact box and then click on FIND as shown below.

6. This will then show a box similar to the below which will allow you to give the room a name eg. Self Discovery Course Wed 2pm. Then click on the 'Add SkypeOut Contact' button.

7. Your number is now saved in your contact list, like the below.

In this example you would simply click on the GREEN circular button to dial the number on Wed at 2pm to join the conference room.

If the conference has not yet started you will automatically be put on hold with some music.

During the lecture you can let the Teacher giving the talk know you have a question by raising your hand which you do by clicking on your keypad *9. To get the keypad simply click on the 'CALL PHONES' tab.
