An Introduction to the Teaching

At the core of these teachings is the journey to enlightenment. It’s something upon which many of the religious and mystical traditions are based.

But it’s just as relevant today as it always has been.

It involves the transformation of an ordinary human being, into a spiritual being, and thus liberation from all bonds and oppressive forces.

To achieve this, key spiritual practices are used, as it is a process of growth and transformation.

These are:

  1. The removal of the negative subconscious states – greed, depression, fear, anger, worries, etc., which results in a greater level of conscious awareness.

  2. Alchemy, the creation of the spiritual, inner parts and the transforming process.

  3. Helping others to grow spiritually: in giving spiritual help, we receive spiritual help.

Self-knowledge is crucial to inner change, so these are some of the recommended exercises to achieve it:
  1. Awareness of the present moment

  2. Self-observation – to see what is going on within

  3. Concentration – to focus the mind

  4. Meditation – to still the mind and get information

  5. Astral projection – to have out-of-body experiences and to explore spiritual realms

  6. Chanting mantras – to temporarily intensify psychic faculties
